Our programs are designed to encourage a regular meditation practice. Some people meditate just “when needed”. Instead, by making meditation a regular part of your life, you’ll develop an inner environment that is strong, poised, and much more able to take on the challenges of your day!
The Beginning Class Series:

This 3-session program is mandatory for each student. Regardless of your background with meditation, we start here to establish proper attitudes and to get down the basics. You’ll learn many meditation techniques plus gain inspirational understanding as to why and how to meditate. We offer this program on different days and times each month to make it available to as many as possible.

Past Guided Meditation: Deepening the inner quest
This program is for those who would like to deepen their meditation. Particular emphasis is placed on spiritual development. And to develop spiritually, you have to know what makes you…you! You’ll learn how to bring your meditation into your outer life and maintain a better consciousness throughout the day. This program is a natural follow-up to our basics class which is a pre-requisite for this class series.
