OUR APPROACH TO MEDITATION
Meditation is a most powerful and practical way to develop inner poise, peace, joy and life-satisfaction. While some people meditate to de-stress, our encouragement is to make meditation a regular practice in your everyday life.
During these 3 sessions, you’ll get a sampling of many different meditation techniques. Each person ultimately develops his/her own method of meditating, and these techniques will serve as a catalyst to open the wealth of your inner life.
You’ll also learn the “why’s of meditation”, which will motivate you in your practice. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, a dabbler, whether you’ve tried and just couldn’t get it, or you’re an experienced meditator, you’ll find this program inspiring and fruitful!
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
This class is a starting class for everybody, regardless of your experience in meditation. Because attendees come from different backgrounds and may have different experiences in meditation, we start from scratch. In this way, we are all using the same language and basic understanding. Even the experienced meditator will gain insight from taking the basics course.
